About Me

My therapy style is relational, collaborative, and warm, informed by anti-oppressive values including racial and disability justice. I work with children, teens, young adults ages 18-26, and their families, and welcome people of all gender identities, sexual orientations and relationship styles. My work integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as play therapy, psychodynamic, and trauma-focused approaches.

One of my areas of expertise includes providing therapy for children struggling with challenging behavior, social-emotional difficulties, and academic concerns. I also specialize in supporting families and caregivers with youth exploring gender, sex and sexuality. I have extensive experience supporting young adults exploring identity, purpose, engaging in fulfilling relationships, and living by their values.  Additionally, I provide therapy and parent coaching for caregivers with children experiencing trauma symptoms, divorce-related issues, anxiety, depression, and grief/loss.
